Ventoo is committed to the protection of personal rights. The Privacy Policy explains how Ventoo collects, uses, discloses and stores personal information. What personal information does Ventoo collect?

Ventoo collects personal information about you through interactions with you, your organization and/or company and external data sources.

• When you visit a Ventoo website or web application, create a Ventoo user account, order or use a product, use Ventoo software, attend a workshop, contact us through one of our websites, software products or social networking sites, participate in an online survey or apply for a job with Ventoo, we may collect a variety of information, including organizational or company names, personal names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, device IDs, IP addresses, location information, credit card information and social networking profile information. Ventoo may also collect additional information about you, your organization or your business from other external data sources such as commercial registers, business information agencies and credit rating agencies.
• If you create user accounts for your colleagues in your organization or company, invite others to join the Ventoo services, Ventoo can collect the information you provide about them. This includes organizational or company names, personal names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
• In some jurisdictions, the purchase of certain products such as telephone or communication services from Ventoo requires the collection of a proof of address or identification documents issued by a government authority.

How does Ventoo use personal information?

The use of websites or web applications, products, workshops and online content requires your consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to comply with legal obligations.

In particular, Ventoo will use the personal data collected for the following:

• Create, develop, deliver and improve products, content and advertising.

How to prevent the usage of Cookies and data collection by third parties

We leverage services of third parties to analyze the use of our websites and web applications and to advertise. Generally, the information collected about the use of our websites or web applications is transmitted to third party servers with the use of cookies. Depending on the third-party provider, these servers may be located abroad.
